These delicious little treats are always a hit, especially during the holidays - Air Fryer Mini Pumpkin Pies! They’re sweet, small, and perfectly crunchy on the outside. Best of all, they’re made with of time of traditional pies.
Ingredients
1cupcanned pumpkin puree
2/3cupsweetened condensed milk
1largeegg
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonground nutmeg
1/8teaspoon ground clove
1/4teaspoonground ginger
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1sheetpre-made pie crust
Optional Toppings:
Whipped Topping or Whipped Cream
Ice cream
Pumpkin Pie Spice, or ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175°C). Roll out the pre-made pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Use a cookie cutter or a small bowl to cut out circles that fit into the cups of a muffin tin. Press the pie crust circles into the muffin tin cups, trimming off any excess.
Whisk the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, egg, and spices in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly into each pie crust. Place the muffin tin into the air fryer basket and cook time for 10-12 minutes. Check the pies for doneness, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if necessary. Remove when the outer edges start to brown.
Remove the muffin pan from the air fryer and allow the pies to cool to room temperature. Serve the mini pumpkin pies with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
