1poundground lamb
1/2cuponion, finely sliced
3teaspoonsgarlic, minced
1/4cupbreadcrumbs
1largeegg, beaten
2tablespoonsparsley
1teaspoonground cumin
1teaspoonground coriander
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Add the ground lamb, minced onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, and seasonings in a large mixing bowl, and mix well. Preheat your air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees f, do not line your air fryer basket with parchment paper; spray your air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
Measure 1-2 tablespoons of the ground meatball mixture and roll it into a ball.
Place the lamb meatballs into the air fryer basket. Set the cooking temperature to 350 degrees F, and set the cooking time for 8-10 minutes.
Leave plenty of space around the meatballs, being careful not to overfill them; these should be added in a single layer. Remove when the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 145 degrees F using a meat thermometer.
Serve with your favorite pasta dishes or tzatziki sauce.
