Description

Air Fryer Lamb Meatballs are juicy and flavorful, with perfectly crisp edges that make them a delicious addition to any meal. Whether you’re looking for an easy weeknight dinner or a fun appetizer option to serve at your next gathering, air frying is the way to go.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely sliced
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the ground lamb, minced onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, and seasonings in a large mixing bowl, and mix well. Preheat your air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees f, do not line your air fryer basket with parchment paper; spray your air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  • Measure 1-2 tablespoons of the ground meatball mixture and roll it into a ball.
  • Place the lamb meatballs into the air fryer basket. Set the cooking temperature to 350 degrees F, and set the cooking time for 8-10 minutes.
  • Leave plenty of space around the meatballs, being careful not to overfill them; these should be added in a single layer. Remove when the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 145 degrees F using a meat thermometer.
  • Serve with your favorite pasta dishes or tzatziki sauce.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper
