Air Fryer Maple BBQ Roasted Cashews

Description

Such an easy and healthy snack. Today I used Maple BBQ seasoning, which is one of my family’s favorites, and olive oil. A perfect and easy snack.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Maple-BBQ Seasoning Rub
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, optional right before serving

Instructions

  • Add the cashews to a small mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the olive oil and maple BBQ rub.
  • Toss with your hands to get the olive oil and spice blend over the cashews.
  • Place the cashews into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 370 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. (air fryer setting)
  • Season with sea salt
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
