Description

My kids love finger food. Even though they are teens, they love walking through the kitchen and seeing what I am up to and what they can eat. So, with fall just around the corner, I came up with these, and they are served with a great salted caramel for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 16 wontons
  • 1 cup apple pie filling, cut into smaller pieces
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix together the apples, ground cinnamon, and sugar, mix well.
  • Lay down a wonton wrapper on a flat surface.
  • Add a tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center and then use the excess liquid and wipe around the edges of the wonton.
  • Add them to a greased air fryer basket or a greased air fryer tray.
  • Spray the top with olive oil and then sprinkle some sparkling sugar on top. Set them in the air fryer and set the temperature to 320 degrees for 5-6 minutes. (air fryer setting)
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
