Air Fryer Sour Cream Lemon Cake makes for a great dessert. No one can resist the taste of lemon, and this homemade buttercream frosting makes it amazing!
Ingredients
Lemon Sour Cream Cake:
1cupbutter, room temperature
2cupssugar
2cupsall-purpose flour
2teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
2largeeggs
1cupsour cream
2teaspoonshoney
2tablespoonslemon juice
1teaspoonlemon zest
Optional:
Frosting, lemon zest, and lemon for decorating.
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs to the sugar/butter mixture, then mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, zest, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sour cream. Mix well.
Using non-stick cooking spray, spray an air fryer-safe pan.
Pour the batter into the sprayed pan.
Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 12-15 minutes.
