Description

Air Fryer Pesto Chicken Thighs makes for an incredibly easy and delicious meal. Made with a few ingredients, the air fryer bakes them to perfection!

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl (large enough for the chicken), scoop the pesto into it, add the olive oil, and place the chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken thighs into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 380 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 minutes, and then flip and air fry for another 7-8 minutes, until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
