Description

Air Fryer Blueberry Bundt Cake is a great way to start off any morning! Made with a bounty of fresh blueberries, this is a great breakfast that the entire family will love!

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Optional Powdered sugar to dust

    Instructions

    • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
    • Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream.
    • Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
    • Mix well.
    • Fold in the blueberries.
    • Spray your bundt pan with olive oil.
    • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
    • Set the pan into the air fryer and set the temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 20-25 minutes.
    • Check and make sure the cake is fully cooked. The exact time will depend on your air fryer and the pan you use.
    • When the cake is cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
