Description

Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Brussels Sprouts --Brussels sprouts are a great side dish to any meal. One of the reasons they make such a great side is that they can be cooked in several different ways and still taste delicious. This Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Brussels Sprouts recipe will show you how to cook them with an air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussel Sprouts, cut in half
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Chop off the end, which is rather hard. Then chop them in half.
  • After cutting them, place them into a large bowl, add the olive oil and the seasonings and mix well.
  • Spread over the air fryer tray or in the air fryer basket. Set the tray into the air fryer, and set the air fryer to 10 to 15 minutes at 370 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper

Notes

Pro Tips:

  • You can prepare this recipe in any Air Fryer Basket or Oven Model. I have made this recipe several times during the year, in the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, Mealthy Lid, and even the PowerXL. The recipe will remain the same, and the cooking time may vary.
  • Try to cut the Brussels Sprouts into the same size pieces so that they all cook up evenly.
  • Shake the basket several times during the cooking process, so all Brussels Sprouts cook up evenly.
  • For an even quicker Air Fryer Side Dish, you can purchase the package of already washed and cut Brussels Sprouts.
