This is such an easy and healthy way to serve breakfast to the entire family. My kids love blueberries, and I love using leftover ricotta cheese for toast. My kids have been eating it this way their entire lives. Enjoy!
Ingredients
2slicesbread
1cupricotta cheese
2tablespoonsmilk
1tablespoonhoney
1cupblueberries
1/4cupalmonds, sliced
Instructions
Place the bread into the air fryer.
Set the temperature to 300 degrees F for 5 minutes—air fryer setting.
To make the ricotta topping, mix the ricotta cheese, milk, honey together. Mix until well blended.
Spread the ricotta spread over the toast
Sprinkle some blueberries and almonds over the toast.
