Description

This is a really easy side dish that is prepared within minutes. This is the perfect side dish for camping or quick for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  • Then, place the slices of potato into a piece of aluminum foil. Divide the potatoes into the number of servings. This way, each person gets their own side dish.
  • Place the foil packages in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. If necessary, cook in batches. Cook the potatoes at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes. The potatoes are done when they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  • For an extra layer of flavor, add a small amount of butter to the hot, roasted potatoes, toss them to melt the butter, and coat them evenly.
  • Garnish the roasted potatoes with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness. Serve your Air Fryer Campfire Roasted Potatoes as a delicious side dish alongside your favorite main course.
