Description

Air Fryer Chicken Meatballs-- If you’re anything like me, you love quick and easy meal preparations that are also healthy! Making delicious homemade meals does not have to be complicated.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teapsoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F; preheat for 3-5 minutes using the air fryer setting. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Form the chicken mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a greased air fryer basket or tray, leaving enough space between them for even cooking. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray the basket with cooking spray or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Set the cooking time for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch dressing.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
