Ingredients
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
4tablespoonshoney
1teaspoonhoney mustard
1teaspoonminced garlic
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
4bone-in, skin-on, chicken thighs
Instructions
Mix the balsamic vinegar, honey mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
In an air fryer-safe pan (which is any oven-safe pan), add the chicken thighs.
Then pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
Set the pan into the air fryer and set the temperature to 350 degrees F for 7 minutes. (air fryer setting) After 7 minutes, spoon some of the sauce over the chicken thighs and air fry for another 7 minutes. Check the chicken's internal temperature, which should read at least 165 degrees F. If it is not fully cooked, add it back for another 5 minutes.
