This recipe only takes 10 minutes to cook in an air fryer so that you can have this as a quick weeknight meal or as a delicious snack on the go!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons  chicken broth, or water
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Separate the stems from the leaves, I just used a knife to cut the stem off.
  • Place the bok choy into a small bowl and then wash it well.
  • Then after the bok choy is washed, add the oyster sauce, chicken broth, peanut oil, minced garlic, and salt. Making sure that the leaves are well coated.
  • Set the bok choy into the air fryer basket, and set the cooking time for 5-8 minutes at 400 degrees F, using the air fryer setting.
  • Toss the bok choy every few minutes. So it doesn't char.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
