Description

There is nothing better than an Easy Air Fryer Breakfast. Today I made a fun version of bacon and eggs using Canadian Bacon. Air Fryer Canadian Bacon Egg Cups are amazing perfectly cooked bacon and eggs, all in one pan.

Ingredients 

  • 4 pieces Canadian Bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt, optional
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, optional

Instructions

  • Place a slice of Canadian bacon into each muffin cup shaping it into a cup. If using muffin cups, ensure they are air fryer safe.
  • Crack an egg into the center of each Canadian bacon cup. Be gentle to keep the yolk intact if you prefer a runny yolk.
  • Lightly season each egg with salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese and/or chopped vegetables if desired.
  • Place the Canadian bacon and egg cups into the air fryer. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking. The cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model and how runny or firm you like your eggs
  • Once done, carefully remove the egg cups from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh herbs if using, and serve immediately.
