There is nothing better than an Easy Air Fryer Breakfast. Today I made a fun version of bacon and eggs using Canadian Bacon. Air Fryer Canadian Bacon Egg Cups are amazing perfectly cooked bacon and eggs, all in one pan.
Ingredients
4piecesCanadian Bacon
4largeeggs
1teaspoonsalt, optional
1teaspoonblack pepper, optional
Instructions
Place a slice of Canadian bacon into each muffin cup shaping it into a cup. If using muffin cups, ensure they are air fryer safe.
Crack an egg into the center of each Canadian bacon cup. Be gentle to keep the yolk intact if you prefer a runny yolk.
Lightly season each egg with salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese and/or chopped vegetables if desired.
Place the Canadian bacon and egg cups into the air fryer. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking. The cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model and how runny or firm you like your eggs
Once done, carefully remove the egg cups from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh herbs if using, and serve immediately.
