Description
My family loves a great Air Fryer Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant Sandwiches. Made with a great amount of care, it is created by using the best parts of breakfast, eggs, bacon, and cheese, all served up in a croissant.
Ingredients
2largeeggs
2croissants
4slicesbacon
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Start by adding your bacon to the air fryer crisper basket. On the side of if you are making a bunch, you can run the air fryer once with the bacon and then again with the eggs. Or, if you are making 1/2 sandwiches, do half the basket with eggs and half the basket with bacon.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. (This is optional, cook time may take 1-2 minutes longer if you do not preheat the air fryer)
Spray your ramekins with cooking spray, and then crack one egg per ramekin into it. Add about 2 tablespoons of water into the ramekin. Set the ramekins into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 360 degrees F, air fryer setting for 4 to 5 minutes.
Cut your croissant in half, and then place the egg in it (you may have to cut the egg in half), add your cheese on top, and then top with the bacon.
