Cauliflower:
2cupsCauliflower florets
1slicedlemon, serving
Marinade:
1/2cupGreek yogurt
1tablespoongram flour
1tablespoonginger, paste
1tablespoongarlic, paste
1teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoongaram masala
1teaspoonred chili powder
1/2teaspoonground turmeric
1teaspoonchaat masala
1teaspoonfenugreek leaves

Instructions
In a small bowl, add the marinade ingredients, and set aside.
Using a sharp knife, cut your cauliflower into medium size florets, and place them into a large bowl.
Add the marinate to the cauliflower florets and toss well, to coat. Cover and marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Place the cauliflower into the air fryer basket in a single layer, set the temperature to 360 degrees F, and set the cooking time for 15-18 minutes, frequently shaking during the cooking process.
