Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts , shredded or sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the shredded Brussels sprouts, oil, and seasonings to a large mixing bowl, and toss to coat.
  • Spread the shaved Brussels sprouts to the bottom of the air fryer basket. In a single layer, leave some room around the sprouts so that the hot air can freely circulate around the Brussels sprouts, allowing for a crispy texture. Set the cooking time for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F, using the air fryer setting.
  • Serve with shaved parmesan cheese to a balsamic vinegar or maple syrup drizzle.
