Description

Air Fryer Chocolate Donut Holes are amazing! I love making donuts so much, and with this weekend being a holiday weekend, my kids were sleeping in, and I thought, why not!

Ingredients

Chocolate Donut Holes:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup half and half

Chocolate Icing:

  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the butter.
  • Then add the half and half.
  • Mix well until the dough forms.
  • Spray your mold with cooking spray.
  • Then roll the dough and place it into the cavity of the mold. Set in the air fryer at 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Make your chocolate icing, dip the donuts, set them on a tray, and sprinkle with sprinkles.
  • Let set for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
