Description

Air Fryer Deviled Eggs absolutely delicious and so easy to make in the air fryer. Today's afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  • Set your eggs in a trivet or tray, anything to prevent them from flying around the air fryer.
  • Set your time for 250 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Set your time for 16 minutes.
  • After the time is up, use tongs and place the cooked eggs directly into cold water, this will stop the cooking process.
  • Let sit for about 5 minutes.
  • Then, once cool, peel.
  • Slice your eggs half lengthwise. Then, remove the yolk (the yellow part) and put it in a bowl.
  • Use a fork, mash the yellow (the yolk), and then add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Using a spoon, scoop the yellow mixture back into the white part of the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika for a classic look.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Bowl of Ice Water
