Start by spraying your loaf pans with cooking spray, or line them with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add the bananas and mash them with a fork.
Add in the almond milk, vanilla extract, and vegetable or canola oil, and whisk to combine.
Add the granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt. Mix well, until all of the dry ingredients are mixed in with the wet ingredients.
Slowly fold in the chocolate chips and almonds.
Pour the batter into the greased mini loaf pans, filling about 2/3 the way full. Place the loaf pans into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 320 degrees F, and set the cooking time for 10-15 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick or cake tester into the center of the loaf. It should come out clean with a few moist crumbs.
Let cool for a few minutes, before serving with some cream cheese or butter.
