Description

Are you in the mood for something sweet, nutty, and incredibly healthy? Look no further than this delicious Air Fryer Almond Chocolate Banana Bread!

Ingredients 

  • 4 medium bananas, overripe, peeled
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil, or canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almonds, diced or chopped

Instructions

  • Start by spraying your loaf pans with cooking spray, or line them with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add the bananas and mash them with a fork.
  • Add in the almond milk, vanilla extract, and vegetable or canola oil, and whisk to combine.
  • Add the granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt. Mix well, until all of the dry ingredients are mixed in with the wet ingredients.
  • Slowly fold in the chocolate chips and almonds.
  • Pour the batter into the greased mini loaf pans, filling about 2/3 the way full. Place the loaf pans into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 320 degrees F, and set the cooking time for 10-15 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick or cake tester into the center of the loaf. It should come out clean with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, before serving with some cream cheese or butter.
