Air Fryer Sea Salt Kale Chips -- Are you tired of the same boring snacks? Trying to find something healthy and delicious to add to your snacking routine?

Ingredients 

  • 1 bunch kale, fresh kale
  • 1-2 teaspoons oil oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons sea salt

Instructions

  • Cut the kale into bite-sized pieces, removing the stem and veins. Rinse the kale with cold water, then dry them thoroughly with a paper towel, a salad spinner, or a clean cloth. This is the key to the perfect healthy snack!
  • Add the kale to a large bowl, and then drizzle oil over the top; use your fingers to coat the kale leaves.
  • Place your kale pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, and set the cooking time for 4-7 minutes at 380 degrees F. Due to the oil on the leaves, they will not fly around the air fyrer basket. You want to continue to air fry for 1-2 minutes or until you get a delicious crispy snack!
  • Sprinkle the sea salt onto the kale chips, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
