Air Fryer Turkey Turnovers -- The Thanksgiving holiday is fast approaching. If you're still looking for a new recipe to try this year, you should consider making Air Fryer Turkey Turnovers. These turnovers are stuffed with leftover Thanksgiving turkey, then fried in your air fryer. It's a quick and easy way to cook up some delicious food that will have everyone asking for seconds!

Ingredients 

  • 1 package crescent rolls, or biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 3 ounces sliced turkey, deli or leftover turkey
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, or coleslaw
  • 1 large egg , beaten

Instructions

  • Layout the Dough Sheet on a gently floured surface. 
  • Use a biscuit cutter or a drinking glass and cut out circles, about 4 to 5 inches.
  • Over the biscuit, spread about one teaspoon of honey mustard over each circle.
  • And then top with a couple of turkey pieces and a couple of teaspoons of broccoli or coleslaw. 
  • Using a pastry brush, brush the edges with an egg white. Brush the top of the turnovers with egg white.
  • Set the turkey turnovers into a parchment or air fryer covered with a silicone liner. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes., flipping halfway.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
