Description

How about making an entire Air Fryer Pepperoni and Sausage Flatbread Pizza in minutes?

Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread crust
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sausage, ground and cooked
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the tomato sauce, basil, salt, oregano, basil, and black pepper.
  • Spread the pizza sauce over the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle the pepperoni slices, ground sausage, and mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Set the flatbread into the air fryer oven, and air fry for about 4 to 6 until the cheese is melted.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray, or Parchment Paper

Notes

Depending on which air fryer you own. What I find best is that you add the pizza crust while preheating, which will give it additional time to crisp up, but the toppings won’t burn.
