In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
In another mixing bowl, mix the egg, vegetable oil, and orange juice.
Fold the egg mixture into the dry mixture.
Fold in the diced cranberries and walnuts.
Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling about 2/3 way full.
Set the pan into the air fryer.
Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
Place a toothpick in the center of the cranberry bread. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done. If not, add another few minutes.
Let cool before slicing.
