Start by creaming the shortening and granulated sugar, and fold in the eggs.
Mix well.
Add the bananas, and mix well.
In another bowl, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, cloves, and salt, and mix well.
Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture, and mix well.
Fold in the diced pecans.
Pour the banana bread batter into the mason jars, filling about 2/3 the way full.
Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting. Air Fry for about 12-15 minutes.
