Description

This is such a fun and easy way to jazz up breakfast. Air Fried to perfection, these banana bread are loaded with flavor and a great treat for the entire family! I love this for a quick and easy air fryer breakfast.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 large bananas , mashed
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon  baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon  baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon   ground cloves
  • 2/3 cup pecans, diced

Instructions

  • Start by creaming the shortening and granulated sugar, and fold in the eggs.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the bananas, and mix well.
  • In another bowl, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, cloves, and salt, and mix well.
  • Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture, and mix well.
  • Fold in the diced pecans.
  • Pour the banana bread batter into the mason jars, filling about 2/3 the way full.
  • Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting. Air Fry for about 12-15 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
