Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Spread the seasoned cauliflower rice in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for better crisping.
Air fry for about 12-15 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy to your liking.
Once cooked, carefully remove the cauliflower rice from the air fryer.
Serve as a side dish, or use it as a base for other recipes like stir-fries, burrito bowls, or as a substitute in any dish that calls for rice.
