Air Fryer Libby’s Pumpkin Bread –There is nothing better than a slice of homemade pumpkin bread once the weather starts to get chilly. Today, I used a simple boy of Libby’s Pumpkin Bread Mix and made a delicious breakfast for the entire family.

Ingredients 

  • 1 box 1 box Libby’s All Natural Pumpkin Bread Kit with Icing (makes two loaves or 3 mini loaves)

    Instructions

    • Prepare as directed on the package and then pour into 2 (I needed two, the number of pans will depend on the size of your air fryer and pans) pans with non-stick cooking spray.
    • Set in the air fryer oven or basket and set the timer for 30 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
    • Check the doneness of the quick bread by inserting a toothpick through the middle of the bread. If it comes out clean, it is fully cooked. If not, add another few minutes (the exact time is going to depend on the wattage and type of air fryer you own)
    • Let cool slightly before slicing.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
