Description

Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Quick Bread is amazing! If you love a great and easy breakfast recipe, this one is so good. Moist and delicious. It makes for a great breakfast, snack, or dessert. 

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted, and unsalted
  • 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix the flour, baking soda,  baking powder, salt, and softened butter.
  • Mix in the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk.
  • Meanwhile, spray your air fryer-safe pan with non-stick cooking spray. See the blog post for the pans I used.
  • Mix in the chocolate chips to your batter.
  • Pour the prepared batter into the pans.
  • Set the pans into the air fryer basket or the air fryer oven.
  • Set the temperature to 330 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  • Check and make sure they are done completely, once they are (if they need a few more minutes, set the timer for 3 minutes more)
  • Let cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
