Description

Air Fryer Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms are one of my favorite appetizers, a low-carb and KETO friendly recipe. That is really going to impress your guests. I stuffed these mushrooms with a blend of cheese, and then brushed some butter and seasonings on top, the result, a tender and delicious Air Fryer Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms!

Ingredients 

  • 10 ounces button Mushrooms
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Instructions

  • Start by using a paper towel to clean the mushrooms, then dry them off. Remove the stem with a knife. (you can add them to the cheese mixture if you want, dice them up)
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well.
  • Add the stuffing to the mushroom, then in a small bowl, add the melted butter and parsley, and mix well. Using a pastry brush, brush the mixture over the stuffed mushroom. Place into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 8-10 minutes.
