Air Fryer Cheddar Cheese Bagels

Description

There is nothing better for breakfast than a homemade Air Fryer Cheddar Cheese Bagels.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour, (see note)
  • 2-3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large egg, beaten--optional

Instructions

  • Mix the Greek Yogurt, self-rising flour and salt, until the dough comes together. When the dough is well blended, mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Use your hands to create circles, use your finger to add the hole through the middle of it, or use biscuit cutters and cut your circles out.
  • Brush the tops with an egg wash Air Fry at 350 F. for 8 to 11 minutes. Halfway through air frying, flip your bagels.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Simple Recipe For Making Self-Rising Flour:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour.
  2. Add the baking powder to the flour.
  3. Sprinkle the salt over the flour and baking powder.
  4. Use a whisk or a spoon to mix the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Make sure the baking powder and salt are evenly distributed throughout the flour.
  5. Your homemade self-rising flour is ready to use in your recipes!
