There is nothing better for breakfast than a homemade Air Fryer Cheddar Cheese Bagels.
Ingredients
1cupGreek Yogurt
1cupself-rising flour, (see note)
2-3tablespoonsshredded cheddar cheese
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1largeegg, beaten--optional
Instructions
Mix the Greek Yogurt, self-rising flour and salt, until the dough comes together. When the dough is well blended, mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Use your hands to create circles, use your finger to add the hole through the middle of it, or use biscuit cutters and cut your circles out.
Brush the tops with an egg wash Air Fry at 350 F. for 8 to 11 minutes. Halfway through air frying, flip your bagels.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Simple Recipe For Making Self-Rising Flour:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour.
Add the baking powder to the flour.
Sprinkle the salt over the flour and baking powder.
Use a whisk or a spoon to mix the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Make sure the baking powder and salt are evenly distributed throughout the flour.
