Ingredients 

  • 4 thin-cut pork chops, bone-in, about 1 pound
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2  teaspoons  dried oregano
  • 2  teaspoons  dried parsley
  • 1  teaspoons  dried basil
  • 1  teaspoons  garlic powder
  • 1  teaspoons  dried rosemary
  • 1  teaspoon  flake salt
  • 1  teaspoon ground peppercorns

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Pat dry the pork chops with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps to ensure they get crispy in the air fryer. Season both sides of the pork chops generously with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the pork chops and rub the seasonings into the meat.
  • Place the seasoned pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they're not overcrowded. If necessary, cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding, which can lead to uneven cooking.
  • Cook the pork chops in the preheated air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. To ensure they're cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C).
