Description

The Air Fryer Panera Copycat Cinnamon Crunch Bagels taste just like the ones from your favorite bakery, without all of the guilt! These are amazing and healthy Air Fryer Breakfast Recipe!

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and yogurt.
  • Use a wooden spoon to combine.
  • Lightly flour your surface and lightly knead the dough. 
  • Form into a round, and cut into four pieces.
  • Working with one piece at a time, roll each into a 5- to 7-inch rope, then pinch ends together to form a circle.
  • Place a parchment round in my air fryer, but you do not have to.
  • Place the bagels into your air fryer (do not let them touch, so you may have to do two batches)
  • In a small bowl, mix the sugars and cinnamon. 
  • Evenly top the bagels with cinnamon sugar. Get it all on them.
  • Air fry at 350 degrees F air fryer setting, for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
