Chop apples into small pieces (discard the stem, seeds, and core).
Place apple pieces and cinnamon in a bowl. Add brown sugar and melted butter mix well until apples are evenly coated. Set aside.
Cut biscuits into ¼ pieces. Place the ¼ pieces into a large bowl.
Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Pour apple mixture over biscuit pieces. Using a large spoon, gently mix it, so the biscuit pieces are completely covered in the apple mixture.
Grease a bundt cake pan*. Transfer the apple-covered biscuits to your bundt cake pan. Spreading the mixture evenly around the edges.
Place it right into the AirFryer. Air fry for 18-22 minutes. It should turn a nice golden brown. When you insert a toothpick, it should come out clean if the dough is fully cooked!
Remove from heat, allow to cool for 8 minutes.
Flip bundt cake pan upside down on a plate, allowing the monkey bread to fall out easily.
