If you love seafood and you're looking for a flavorful meal, look no further than Air Fryer Hooter's Buffalo Shrimp! This delicious dish combines panko-breaded shrimp with tangy buffalo sauce to create an easy and mouth-watering dinner.
Ingredients
Hooter's Shrimp:
1poundshrimp, raw, deveined, tail removed
3/4cupall-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonground paprika
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Buffalo Sauce:
1/4cupFrank's Red Hot Sauce,
1/4cupbutter, unsalted
Instructions
Add the flour and seasoning to a small bowl, and mix well. Then coat your shrimp with the flour mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to help the batter stay on the shrimp.
Add the butter and Frank's Hot Sauce in a small saucepan, simmer over medium-high heat, and remove after about 3-5 minutes.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper, set the shrimp in a single layer into the bottom of the air fryer basket, and set the cooking time for 5-9 minutes, at 390 degrees F, using the air fryer setting. Remove the cooked shrimp from the air fryer basket and stoss with the buffalo sauce.
Serve with your favorite blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks!
