Description

Air Fryer Pumpkin Bread is truly one of the best pumpkin breads that you will ever taste. It is so easy to make and bakes up in minutes!

Ingredients 

Pumpkin Bread:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin

Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a mixer or a large mixing bowl.
  • Then spray your pan with olive oil cooking spray (you can also use non-stick cooking spray)
  • Cook in the Air Fryer at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting,  for 20 to 35 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Drizzle the icing over the pumpkin bread, sprinkle with some ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
  • Slice
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

To make the icing, mix the milk and powdered sugar in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
This recipe will make 3 mini loaves or 1 regular size.
