Ingredients
1medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Wash and cut 1 medium head cauliflower into even bite-sized florets.
In a large bowl, toss florets with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper until fully coated.
Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, preheat for 3-5 minutes.
Place seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set cook time for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway for even crisping.
Remove from air fryer and enjoy immediately as a snack, appetizer, or side dish.
