Description

Golden, crunchy, and flavorful. A quick, healthy, and easy snack or side dish ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and cut 1 medium head cauliflower into even bite-sized florets.
  • In a large bowl, toss florets with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper until fully coated.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set cook time for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway for even crisping.
  • Remove from air fryer and enjoy immediately as a snack, appetizer, or side dish.
