Description

Air Fryer Keto French Toast Sticks are an incredibly delicious and easy way to enjoy a breakfast favorite. These keto-friendly sticks are made with keto bread, eggs, heavy cream, and seasonings for a light and fluffy texture that is sure to please; the entire family will love them!

Ingredients 

  • 4 slices Keto bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Use a sharp serrated knife to cut your piece of bread into slices; you can make them thick or regular-sized slices. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper, or use a reusable silicone liner and spray the parchment paper with cooking spray.
  • Add the egg, heavy cream, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl. Use a work, and whisk well.
  • Dredge your bread into the egg mixture, and leave for a couple of minutes, so the bread soaks up the liquid. As you coat the bread, place them into the air fryer basket. Leaving plenty of space around the french toast sticks in a single layer. Set the cooking time for 4-5 minutes at 375 degrees F, using an air fryer setting. Remove when they are golden brown
  • Garnish with sugar-free powder powdered sugar or dust with ground cinnamon.
