Air Fryer Copycat Trader Joe's Pancake Bread is a great copycat recipe of the famous Trader Joe's Pancake Bread. The maple syrup in the middle makes it so moist and delicious. This is a winner.
Ingredients
Cake Batter:
2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1/2cuproom temperature, unsalted butter
1cupgranulated sugar
2largeeggs
1/2cupmaple syrup
1cupsour cream
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Topping:
4tablespoonsgranulated sugar
2teaspoonsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonground cinnamon
Instructions
Start by mixing the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt together in a large mixing bowl.
Then mix the butter, sugar, eggs, maple syrup, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
Then in a small bowl, mix the topping ingredients.
Prepare mini loaf pans by spraying with either non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray. (see my blog post for suggested ones)
Pour the batter into the pans, sprinkle the topping on top, and set in the air fryer oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting. (the cooking time will vary significantly by the pans that you are using)
