Start by mixing the eggs, milk, salt, and 2 tablespoons of butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and flour in a large mixing bowl
Mix well; remember to scrape the sides.
Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter, and then brush it onto the pan
Pour the batter into the pan.
Set in the air fryer oven or your basket, and set the temperature for 330 degrees F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip your pancake and air fry for another 3 minutes.
