Description

Air Fryer Dutch Baby Pancakes -- Dutch Baby Pancakes are a breakfast dish that is simple to make and perfect for those who love pancakes and want something different than what they usually have.

Ingredients 

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted, divided
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Optional Toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit, etc.

    Instructions

    • Start by mixing the eggs, milk, salt, and 2 tablespoons of butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and flour in a large mixing bowl
    • Mix well; remember to scrape the sides.
    • Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter, and then brush it onto the pan
    • Pour the batter into the pan.
    • Set in the air fryer oven or your basket, and set the temperature for 330 degrees F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip your pancake and air fry for another 3 minutes.
    • Then remove from the air fryer, plate with powdered sugar, maple syrup, or fresh berries, 
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
