Description

Air Fryer Triple Berry Cobbler --- This is one of my favorite desserts in the air fryer. It's a cross between a crumble and a cake. It is a great air fryer berry cobbler that uses all of my favorite berries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries, for one great dessert.

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup fresh blackberries, washed and dried
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, washed and dried
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries, washed and dried
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, salted, melted and cooled
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats

Optional topping – 1 cup vanilla ice cream & fresh mint leaves

    Instructions

    • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.
    • Grease six 4-ounce ramekins.
    • Add berries and granulated sugar to the mixing bowl and toss until coated.
    • In a separate bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and milk until well combined.
    • Add ¼ cup batter to each ramekin.
    • Add heaping ¼ cup berries to each ramekin.
    • Add oats to the remaining batter and mix. 
    • Top ramekins with two tablespoons oat mixture.
    • Place in air fryer basket *You may need to do more than one batch*
    • Cook for 15 minutes, then remove from the air fryer basket.
    • Allow to cool slightly, then top with optional ice cream and mint leaves before serving.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
