Description

This Air Fryer Apple Cranberry Crisp is the perfect easy and healthy dessert for Fall! It's made with just a few simple ingredients, and comes together in under 30 minutes. This crisp is gluten-free, vegan, and can easily be made oil-free. Enjoy it as is, or top it with some dairy-free ice cream for a special treat!

Ingredients 

Topping:

  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Filling:

  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Add flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a small bowl.
  • Mix well with the diced apples, cranberries, and melted butter. Mix well until all the apples and cranberries are coated with sugar.
  • Spray your ramekin with cooking spray, then divide the mixture into the ramekins. Place the ramekins into the air fryer, set the cooking time for 8-10 minutes, and cook at 350 degrees F using the air fryer setting.
  • Add the oats, butter, brown sugar, and flour in a small bowl, and mix well. Place the topping on top of the fruit and cook for another 8-10 minutes at 320 degrees F, using the air fryer setting.
