Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F, and preheat for 3-4 minutes.
Add your leftover crab rangoons to the air fryer basket in a single layer, and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove when the crab rangoons are warmed through. If you want to get them extra crispy, with a pastry brush, brush them with vegetable oil, or spray the egg roll wrappers with nonstick spray or olive oil spray. Then air fry them again for a couple of minutes.
Serve with soy sauce and some freshly sliced green onions!
