Description

Air Fryer Christmas Cupcakes delicious chocolate cupcakes that you can make with a mix or your favorite homemade recipe. These cupcakes will look great on display at any party!

Ingredients 

  • 15.5 ounces chocolate cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups frosting
  • 1 cup Christmas Decorations for cupcakes

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix well until smooth.
  • Line your muffin tin with muffin liners, then using a spoon, fill the muffin tins, about 2/3 way full.
  • Place the muffin into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 to 12 minutes. Use a toothpick, and place the toothpick into the center of the cupcake. When it comes out clean, remove the cupcakes from the air fryer.
  • Let the cupcakes cool before frosting. Add the frosting to the piping bag, and swirl the frosting on top. Add your Christmas decorations on top while the icing is fresh, so they adhere.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
