Ingredients 

  • 6 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup pork rind crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  • Add the pork rind crumbs and all the seasonings to a shallow bowl, and combine well. 
  • Use a paper towel and dry the pork chops. Then brush the pork chops with olive oil. 
  • Dip the pork chops into the pork rind mixture, and coat all sides evenly, pay careful attention to the sides of the pork chops.
  • Place the pork chops onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket. 
  • Air Fry at 390 degrees f, and set the cooking time for 5 minutes, flip over and bake an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145 degrees, using a meat thermometer.
