Ingredients
2 1/4cuppancake mix, any type
2/3cupbuttermilk
1 1/2teaspoongranulated sugar
1tablespoonbutter, melted--for the batter
2tablespoonsbutter, melted--for brushing the tops
1/8cupflour, for rolling the dough
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together the pancake mix, buttermilk, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter into the batter.
Remove the dough and knead on a flour-covered surface, knead until the dough for about 5 minutes.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough until it's 1/2 to 1 inch thick. Use biscuit cutters, and cut the dough out.
Place the biscuits into the air fryer basket, and brush them with melted butter. Set the cooking time for 8-10 minutes, at 320 degrees F, using the air fryer setting. Brush the tops of the biscuits, right before serving.
