Description

When it comes to cooking sliced potatoes, an air fryer is a great tool to have in your kitchen. Not only does it give the potatoes a crispy outer layer, but it also cuts down on oil usage and cooks them quickly.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  • To start, wash and peel your potatoes. Slice them into even slices, about 1/4 inch thick. Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
  • Transfer the seasoned potato slices to the air fryer basket, making sure they are spread evenly.
  • Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve hot as a side dish or use in recipes like loaded potato skins or breakfast hash. Enjoy!
