Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat to about 400 degrees F. Then, spread vegetable oil, or canola oil, on to achieve a more crisp and golden brown exterior with this easy-to-use tool!
Season your chicken with taco seasoning (or fajita seasoning) then add the chicken.
When the chicken is almost cooked, to 165 degrees F, add your vegetables, and saute for another 5 minutes.
Remove the chicken and vegetables from the griddle, and set aside
Add another 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable or canola oil to the griddle, and then add your tortillas. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top, and then add the cooked chicken and vegetables and sprinkle with more cheese. Add a tortilla on top.
Cook the tortillas for 5 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process.
Serve with your favorite quesadilla toppings!
