Description

Air Fryer Tacos has quickly become a staple in my weekly meal rotation. Not only are they quick and easy to prepare, but they also provide a healthier alternative to traditional fried tacos. So, the next time you are looking for something amazing on Taco Tuesday look no further than Air Fryer Tacos!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 12-14 tortillas

Assorted Taco Toppings Such as Lettuce, Red Onion, Minced garlic, Cilantro, Refried beans, Diced Tomatoes, Sour Cream, sliced olives, cheddar cheese, etc.

    Instructions

    • Break up your ground beef and place it in an air fryer safe pan, and mix in the taco seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice.
    • Place in your air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes after 5 minutes check your beef to see if it was cooked, all the way through, mine was so I removed it, if it is not, mix and add another few minutes.
    • Drain the fat, before making tacos with the meat, and break it up into smaller pieces as it cooks. Note: The cooking time will depend on the air fryer that you are using.
    • Lay down a tortilla, (you can heat it up in the microwave or air fryer), then add a few scoops of taco meat, and top with your favorite toppings.
