Spray your basket with olive oil.
Start by draining your pickles; they work better if you drain and pat them down with a paper towel.
Then in a small mixing bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dill weed.
In another bowl, crack the eggs and mix with a fork until they are frothy.
Then dip the pickle into the egg mixture (Shake it after you dip it, so you don’t end up with extra egg) and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
After you bread the pickle slices, place them in your air fryer. Spray them with olive oil spray, set the temperature for 390 F, and air fry for 4 minutes.
Using tongs, flip them over, spray them with olive oil again, and air fry for another 4 to 6 minutes.
