Description

This is a very tasty breakfast, and it’s so good and easy when made into the air fryer, Air Fryer Chorizo Egg Muffins. They are flavorful, and they are fast. So, if you are looking for a low-carb and KETO friendly breakfast option, this is a great one.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked chorizo sausage
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup onions, red bell peppers, green bell peppers cooked
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, chorizo sausage, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, onions, cheese and seasonings. Mix well.
  • Spray your muffin cups or silicone molds with non-stick cooking spray, and then pour the egg mixture in, filling about 2/3 way full. Set them into the air fryer for 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 6-9 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
